LOADING CONVEYOR ELEMENT
The construction of the loading element is particularly sturdy to prevent damage in rough everyday conditions. The rollers at the loading point are additionally protected by a heavy duty angle steel guard.
INTERMEDIATE CONVEYOR ELEMENT
The roller track profile consists of a robust U or L profile. The smooth running rollers are made of galvanised tubular steel. A centrifugal brake roller is included for each pallet position.
BRAKE ROLLER
The core of the brake roller consists of a 3-stage planetary gear with progressive braking force and extremely easy start-up. A unique feature is the spring-loaded bearing of the brake roller, which ensures permanent contact with the pallet skids at all times.
PALLET SEPARATOR
- The reliable, mechanical separating device guarantees the separation and an uninterupted removal of the pallets.
- The dynamic stop ensures a smooth passage to the final stop, even with different weights.
- The pallet is always guaranteed to reach a precisely defined removal position at the end stop.
